1. General Terms and Definitions

• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers is determined by your platform activity and betting history. 77bmw reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

9. Limitation of Liability

77bmw accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical failure.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account (where caused by user negligence).
• Loss due to game unavailability during platform maintenance.
• Financial harm arising from gaming losses or the consequences of betting decisions.
